Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel a reservation or booking. To provide the best service to all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation with Full Refund: You may cancel your reservation or booking up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event to receive a full refund of your payment.
Cancellation within 72 Hours: If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled event or appointment, a non-refundable $30 per person will be assessed.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your reservation, please contact us by 808-293-6000 at least 72 hours before your scheduled time. We recommend that you obtain confirmation of your cancellation for your records.
Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the 72-hour window will not be provided.
Modification of Policy: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our official communication channels.
