We are excited to announce that starting early August 2024, we will be rebranded as The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay. This change represents our commitment to enhancing your experience.
Rest assured; this transition will be smooth with no disruptions to your current reservations. All existing bookings at Turtle Bay Resort will be honored, and our associates are here to assist you with any questions or requests. You will continue to experience all the wonderful activities that we have to offer, from surf lessons with the Jamie O’Brien Surf Experience, to tours of the revitalized Kuilima Farm and the resort’s signature Paniolo Luau, among dozens of other cultural experiences.
We remain dedicated to sustainability, celebrating local culture, and supporting our North Shore community. Additionally, Marriott Bonvoy members can continue to earn and redeem points as usual for stays in early August 2024 and beyond.

The resort just completed its renovation, and no additional construction is planned at this time. Any future reinvestments, maintenance and construction will be announced well in advance.

Upon Marriott’s assumption of Management responsibilities, we are pleased to welcome Marriott Bonvoy members. All member benefits and rewards will be available. Turtle Bay Resort will be converted to The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay as of early August 2024.
