Our onsite wash and pack facility prepares fresh, locally grown produce for sale. Roadside farm stands offer farm-fresh ingredients, made-in-Hawaii products, and treats like banana lumpia and shave ice. The community garden also thrives with produce grown by local residents of Koʻolauloa, creating a vibrant, sustainable connection between our farm and the surrounding community.
We partner with local farmers by leasing space and offering training in responsible farming practices. Our mission is to help strengthen Hawaii’s food security while fostering sustainable agriculture through hands-on education and community collaboration.
